Our June 10 meeting will be at the Oxford Masonic Temple, 27 East Main St., Oxford, NY 13830.
This meeting is always great and will again be hosted by Em. Knight Hugh Price, PP with the
assistance of a great team. Hugh does a fine job. This Lodge is handicap accessible.
Please make every effort to get your reservations in as soon as possible to Knight Hugh Price PP

The Ceremony of Reception will not be held because one of the candidates cannot make this con-
clave and the other candidate is willing to wait until September so they can join at the same time.
Election and Installation of Officers will be done this day.

Lunch will be at 12:00 noon with the Conclave to opens at 1:00 PM. Note the time change for
lunch and the conclave. Times were voted on at the Annual Conclave in June.
Tuxedos for officers are required at all conclaves.

We will be hosting our cherished Knight’s, who have laid down the working tools, widows. If you
are able to transport a widow, please let us know. Thank you to Em. Knight David Stoy, PP, for
the work he has done on the Widow’s program.

Thank you to all who accepted parts for the Reception which we were not able to have.
